Lingospot is a small dynamic company operating in a rapidly evolving, growing and exciting industry. Our team is passionate about online media and developing high quality software to improve the online consumption of content, while helping content publishers maximize the value of their investment in content creation.

If you are thinking about joining our team, here are some of the things that you should know about working at Lingospot:

• Group Contributions. While each team member is responsible for a concrete set of tasks and deliverables, all of us contribute to the overall direction of the company, via our weekly strategy meetings. This is an opportunity for everyone to really think outside their given "box" and contribute outside their areas of expertise. We encourage and expect this.
• Flexible Schedule. Our focus is on deliverables, not on time schedules. Some members of our team are early birds, while others rarely show up before 11 am. Oftentimes we will work from home, or remotely.
• Drive and Commitment. Don't let the relaxed environment fool you. Each one of our employees is tremendously driven to make Lingospot a huge success. This usually means long hours (whether in the office or at home), wearing multiple hats, as each situation requires, and constantly thinking about our business and how we can make a larger impact on the online content industry. Luckily, most of us live in California.
