We implemented a feature last week that allows publishers to create an RSS out of each topic page. Simply add "?rss=1" after the topic page to see it's RSS:

If you'd like, we can add an RSS image on the topic page pointing to the RSS feed. What some of our clients are starting to do is grab this RSS and funnel it through an email program (like Mail Chimp), to create newsletters. We still need to look into the Email, Facebook and other features. Also, currently, the feature will aggregate all search feeds (other than APIs), but we want to give the publisher the ability to control the modules that are included in the feed through our console.
